Q. What Is Used For Tattoo Removal ?

For Tattoo removal we use the special laser called as Q Switch NdYag. This laser specifically removes the tattoo pigment from the skin.

Q. How Does Laser Tattoo Hair Removal Work ?

The laser targets the colour in the tattoo and destroys it. As the light energy is directed into your skin, it is selectively absorbed by the tattoo ink particles trapped in the dermis of your skin. When the ink particles absorb this energy, they instantly shatter into tiny fragments. Once the laser has broken the ink into smaller pieces, your body's immune system works to remove the ink over the following weeks, flushing it away from the tattooed area. We see the result of this as the tattoo lightening in appearance. Each additional laser treatment breaks down more and more ink until the tattoo can no longer be seen."

Q. How Many Sessions Are Required ?

The number of sessions required depends on the many factors like

1. How old is the tattoo

2. How was it done ie.by a professional or amateur

3. What was used to make ie.equipement

4. The colors used

5. Finally patients response may vary

The patient may require 8 to 10 session or maybe more

On as average 6 to 8 sessions are required. Some patients may require more sessions  upto  10 or 12.

Q. Will The Tattoo Completely Go Away And I Will Get Normal Skin On The Site Of Tattoo ?

The tattoo becomes invisible after the required number of sessions but the skin may not

look completely normal.

Q. How Will My Skin Look after the laser session ?

After the session the skin will look a bit red.1 to 2 days later the skin may peel for a few

days. Sometimes there may be blister formation also which is normal.

Q. What will be the cost of each session ?

The cost varies depending on the size and colour of the tattoo. Persession cost is 2000 and upwards.
